Who you'll learn from

Meet the Cause Mapping experts teaching your team

The approach you'll learn in our workshops comes straight from the work we do every day for our clients. ThinkReliability runs complex investigations across sectors like energy, manufacturing and healthcare, and you'll learn the same Cause Mapping approach our investigation team uses on incidents.

Our instructors come from a variety of backgrounds: from MIT to the Permian Basin, and from the Navy's Nuclear Propulsion program to the plant floor. Some hold advanced degrees while some came up through the trades. All of them spent their careers navigating real problems and the pressure that comes with them.
