Services Offered:
- Turnkey Problem Investigation
For a prepaid, flat rate, we will work the problem from beginning to end. The investigation will be conducted remotely via desktop-sharing software over multiple sessions with key people in your organization. The quote provided will list out detailed deliverables, identify terms and conditions, and provide other consulting options that are available.
- Hourly Billed Problem Investigation
Facilitation and consulting services are billed at an hourly rate. The quote will include an estimate of the number of hours needed to complete the project. Only actual hours worked are billed after meeting a 5-hour minimum. The quote will include estimates if onsite facilitation is required. Clients are invoiced at the conclusion of our involvement with the investigation.
- Coaching and Support hours (prepaid blocks of time)
Coaching and Support hours are pre-purchased in 10-hour blocks of time and can be used for multiple investigations.
- RCA Program Review and Development
We will review and help develop your RCA program over 3 phases. The quote will provide information on what each phase includes, deliverables and cost.
- Work Process Reliability Consulting (Process Mapping)
Process Reliability Consulting utilizes the power of process mapping to identify opportunities to improve work process. This service is billed at an hourly rate and is typically conducted remotely. Your quote will provide options for onsite facilitation as well.
